For anyone interested, FUPA has decided, after the success of their Beltaine extraveganzas, to hold a Mabon Feast as well on Saturday 19th of March. This is good because it means I can go see Idea of North and the FUPA crowd in the same weekend; although it does mean I don't get to go to the Avalon Airshow; not that I was going anyway (it is always much more fun from the air; last time we took the Tiger Moth -- low and slow is also good <grin>). Anyway, people might like some details: Saturday 19th March 7pm til midnight. There is no theme this year, but come in all your finery, we will leave the theme up to you guys! (we all love costumes) On the night you will feast on spit roasts and roasted vegetables, and enjoy more good company than you can poke a stick at (sticks not require!) No Spiral though (although they are apparently playing the Macclesfield Organic Market the next day... Hmmmmm. Berries.) Apparently in an email that teleported to my email in-box this event is cancelled due to insufficient interest. Which means I no longer have to be in three places at once this Saturday. "Igor, pour the second clone back into the bottle. We won't need it yet."
