It seems the Garden of Unearthly Delights has it's own glossy booklet out, which is why so few of their acts were listed in the actual Fringe guide. Plus the fact they start a week earlier than the Fringe itself. Which led to, I wouldn't mind seeing My Friend The Chocolate Cake on ... yesterday. Damn.

Anyway, other stuff I'm possibly going to see, in addition to Wendy Rule & Land of the Blind, probably will include Manic Opera (NZ acapella trio), Kerri Simpson & Ray Pereira, and maybe some of the more caberet acts such as Gentlemen Prefer Curves, Tarnished, and Opera Burlesque.

Oh yeah, and it goes without saying that I shall be enjoying my favourite Newfie band: Shooglenifty (probably on Thursday 9th). [1]

[1] You may have seen them in season 3 of Lexx playing the Brunen Gee theme song. Hmmmm. I wonder if they will take requests?

You're an MFTCC fan, too? Good heavens, man, do you have to keep proving yourself a creature of taste and distinction? *grin*

I've heard good things about the Opera Burlesque too, though sadly I missed them in Melb.

I might have to try Opera Burlesque then. Thanks for the heads up.
