Oh well. Friday night (10 June), I'm off to La Boheme to see La Chavre Noir (which is either a type of stinky goats cheese or an Adelaide Cabaret Fringe Festival event). I'm not sure which is preferable, although it was potentially pseudo-recommended by someone who's opinion I trust. <grin> Saturday night (11 June), it's off to see The Fiddle Chicks [myspace] doing their Winter Warmup show. There are prizes for best beanie and best midwinter outfit. I wonder where my Hawaiian shirts are hiding? Still yet to find something to do next Saturday. And the weekend after that has been postponed to the 2nd, but I'd beter get a move on getting a costume together. The them is Wild West, so I'm probably going to go as an Indian. ["Oh golly geee sahib, that is just too bad. Have you told the mam'saab?"]

I can promise you nothing regarding the cheese, except that it is cheap and in a venue I like very much. Also, Catherine can sing a bit :)
