I do have to admit that I enjoyed A Good Man Goes To War very much. Nicely done, in all the senses of the word.

Although I do wonder how many other people overthought the reveal given in The Doctor's Wife.

Although I will add that I found the "because I have a long tongue" joke to be excessively gilding the lily. =9)

And judging from the Confidential, an awful lot of the action footage that was shot was left on the cutting room floor. That is, if anyone actually used cutting rooms or film stock any more when doing an edit. Which is a pity, there are some nice shots, of which we only see the very end of the sequence. I particularly like Lady Vashta's and Jenny's sword play. Then again, what's not to like about the two of them. I mean two Victorian Adventuresses with katana and dai-sho. Then again, green has always been my favourite colour when it comes to women.* <grin>

[* Old Free Enterprise joke. But on consideration, quite true. <grin>]

Yes, I'm afraid we did laugh at the tongue joke.

So, who had the better dialogue in your opinion: Neil or Stephen?
