Actually quite true in my case. Although, if taken by surprise I'm more likely to use the French "merde" (although if truly taken by surprise I often forget to translate it into French). And Russian is very useful if you want to curse someone; sometimes I think that most of the Russian language (or at least the most of the language I'm familiar with) ontologically devolves into a curse of some kind. Although I am also envious of the poetic nature of curses in both Spanish and Arabic, especially when dealing with recalcitrant mechanical devices. | ||

Which seems to hold some truth with respect to me, although I'd quibble at most of the details (but then isn't that the nature of any horoscope). I am reminded of Greg Stoltze's excellent role-playing game Unknown Armies and how it dealt with character personality types. It simply divided them into 12 distinct types by giving them an astrological birth month, since somebody else had already gone to great trouble to define 12 distinct personality types (and many sub-personality types) to boot. And the rennaissance dance group at UnivAd can be blamed for the choice of this entry's mood music. After all, if A Knight's Tale can do it... |
