Given the poll is currently tied between Old School Paranoia and S7S the following does spring to mind.

Being a peasant in Cividad Arachnos is fun. The Empress says so, and The Empress is your friend. As a measure of the The Empress' love and trust in you you have been inducted into the Imperial Spiders as a Red agent. You will be assigned a mission with your fellow Imperial Spiders to root out treason to the Barathi throne. Rooting out traitors to the Barathi throne will make you happy. The Empress tells you so. Can you doubt The Empress?

Being an Imperial Spider is fun. The Empress tells you so. Of course The Empress is right. Imperial Spiders get shot at, stabbed, poisoned, blown to bits, incinerated, stapled, mangled, and occasionally accidentally executed. This is so much fun that many Imperial Spiders go crazy. You will be working with other Imperial Spiders. They are all armed. Aren't you glad you will be armed too? Won't this be fun?

There are many traitors in Cividad Arachnos. Many of them are scions of the rich and powerful Noble Houses, with their own armies of private bravos who won't take kindly to your investigating them. There are also many happy peasants in Cividad Arachnos. Most of the happy peasants are crazy. Sometimes it is difficult to say who is the most dangerous – the unhappy nobles or the happy peasants.

The life of an Imperial Spider is full of surprises.

Stay alert.

Trust no one.

Keep your dagger handy.

Nope. It's a baaadddd baaaddddd idea...

But, when you think about it, Cividad Arachnos does have elevators (an essential element of any Paranoia game)...

Ohhhhh, dear...

(Y'see this is precisely why we said that it's not so much the system as the GM that matters. A sufficiency of twistedness and talent in a GM means they can work with anything - and you're showing every indication of being both brilliant and elegantly twisted indeed...)
