I know you object to my continued existence. You've succeeded in proving that beyond a reasonable doubt. Yes, you won, and I'm not afraid to admit it. Out of the two of us, it wasn't you that was going to rust first. Done and understood, and I'm not foolish enough to challenge you again over it.

But this continued minor harrasement of "misplacing" orders and packages is petty even by your admittedly low standards. And it is going to stop now.

Or we are just going to have another little discussion about zero-point energy and singularities, and the effects of quasars on the local space-time continuum.

Get it.

Got It.

Good.

On a more positive note the frozen yoghurt from the Yoghurt Shop stall in the market is quite good. They have chosen the route of quality ingredients rather than cheaper ingredients. Their very vanilla has real vanilla in it. And the fruit tingle really tingles.

I have nothing but admiration for this forceful Memorandum of Understanding to the universe, and have taken some notes for the next time I need to extract compliance from our Outsourcing division.

...but it does have an implicit assumption that Australia Post, and couriers in general are within the universe's perview, and not a cunning Excrucian plot from outside the Weirding Wall :P

I'm afraid the conspiracy is far more widespread than could possibly be accounted for by the Excrucian nettling of me.

Just let me say that there would have been hell to pay if I hadn't discovered a copy of Hell To Pay on the bookshelf (instead of having been put away for me). So far Dymock's is running at a 20% success rate on actually notifying me when orders are in or putting the book away when it does come in. Lately at least.

I'm kind of resigned to the conspiracy of postal workers and couriers by now. So far they've left stuff against my door (very unsecure), left it on top of cupboards in the foyer (and buried in junk mail), and taken it back to the post office without leaving a card, or even, without doing the paperwork to say that they had done so. And the only convenient post office has no post office boxes left. Grrrrr.

Sorry. need more Very Vanilla Fruit Tingle Berry Blast Frozen Yoghurt to attain equilibrium.
