I was going to wait until I had some more information, but if I did that, the gig would be upon us. Voltaire will be playing at Higher Ground on Light Square on Sunday 8th August from 7pm, accompanied by local band Brillig. This should be an extremely worthwhile gig to get to. No idea if the tickets are going on pre-sale or how much they will cost, but it should be a good show. No idea what songs he might be playing at it either (hopefully some of his old favourites like When you're evil), but he has just opened pre-orders for his latest album, which apparently has a heavy western theme.
