Inglourious Basterds is quite an excellent film. Well worth seeing. Very ably carried by Christoph Waltz. It managed to cheer me up after Saturday.* For the squeamish amongst you, there is a bit of gratuitous violence and gore, but what else would you expect from a Tarantino film. [* I got very annoyed at someone at the Spiral gig, almost to the stage of deciding not to go to any more of them if this sort of thing was going to continue to happen. Then again, they didn't really have to push me that far to reach this decision, and I really doubt anyone would miss me; all I seem to be getting is complaints these days. <sigh>]
