If I was a summonable monster, what ritual would you use to summon me?

Excellent meme idea artfully dodged from [livejournal.com profile] drjon.

The Adelaide Fringe Guide is out, and it may be the weather, but I'm feeling rather lackluster about the whole thing. I mean there is the stuff that I was going to see regardless:

  • Dungeons & Dragons The Musical Tripod vs the Dragon
  • Sound and Fury's Private Dick
  • Sammy J and Randy: Ricket's Lane
  • The Idea of North (Cinema Sessions and Ballads by Candlelight, but probably not the vocal workshop this year [too many people attended who can actually sing and it scared me - well worth going to if you can sing (or have pretensions to doing so)]; although the session at Maggie Beer's tastes tempting (albeit it's too far away for me to easily get to it)
  • Til Death Do Us Part (Brillig) and The Lotus (Akoustic Odyssey), mainly because I said I'd be there to the bands.
  • Stick Stones Broken Bones (because it got recommended to me last Fringe the day after its season ended).

But nothing else has really leapt out at me.

The Steampunk Ball would be tempting, but since I've spent the better part of the last decade intending to put together something appropriate, I doubt that I will get a round tuit in time (a clockwork one of course). And there are a number of local acapella groups I should check out, and some of the dance shows look passingly interesting. And as far as theatre is concerned only Operation: Mincemeat and The Hamlet Apocalypse look vaguely interesting at the moment. I suppose I'll decide closer to the time.

Is there anything I have missed that I should be eagerly seeking tickets to?
